How do I return an item?

At Steelstyle33 we offer a no nonsense Returns Policy, simply return the jewellery to us in it's original packaging and condition,  whether you require a refund or an exchange.

What if I order the wrong size?

We are happy to exchange your jewellery for another size within 30 days of the invoice date. All that we ask is that you return the jewellery to us in the original packaging and condition, we advise you to send it to us via Special Recorded Delivery, to insure you against loss in the post.

Will Titanium/Stainless Steel scratch?

Although Titanium and Stainless steel are very hard metals they are still prone to light surface scratching.

Will Titanium/Stainless Steel rust or tarnish?

Both these metals do not react to oxygen which is why they do not tarnish, oxidize or rust.

Can Titanium/Stainless Steel cause skin allergies/reactions?

Titanium is 100% compatible with the human body which is why it is used in Orthopedic Surgery. However, everyone is different and we cannot guarantee that these metals are suitable for everyone.

The Stainless Steel Jewellery that we carry is a grade 316L Surgical Steel.

How do I maintain my Titanium/Stainless Jewellery?

These metals can be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge and soap.

Can I return Earrings?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings.
